By booking a service through ItalyTransferHub, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Legal Identity
ItalyTransferHub is operated by Colantuono Eugenio, Sole Trader, registered in the United Kingdom.

ItalyTransferHub operates solely as an independent digital booking and intermediation platform.
ItalyTransferHub is not a transport provider and does not provide chauffeur, taxi, private hire, or NCC services directly.
2. Nature of Service
ItalyTransferHub operates solely as an independent digital booking and intermediation platform.
ItalyTransferHub connects customers with independent licensed NCC/chauffeur operators in Italy.
ItalyTransferHub is not a transport provider, taxi operator, NCC operator, private hire operator, chauffeur company, travel agency, or tour operator.
ItalyTransferHub does not own vehicles, employ drivers, operate transport services, or exercise operational control over the execution of transport services.
By booking through ItalyTransferHub, the customer acknowledges that they are purchasing a booking and intermediation service from ItalyTransferHub, while the actual transport service is provided under a separate transport relationship between the customer and the NCC operator who accepts the booking.
The transport contract is concluded directly between the customer and the NCC operator who accepts and performs the transport service.
Each NCC operator is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, authorisations, insurance obligations, vehicle suitability, driver conduct, punctuality, safety, and the execution of the transport service.
3. Pricing & Split Payment Structure
All prices displayed on ItalyTransferHub are fixed per vehicle for the selected route, vehicle type, date, and time.
The total price displayed to the customer is composed of two separate amounts: the Booking Fee due to ItalyTransferHub for the booking and intermediation service, and the Service Balance due directly to the NCC operator who accepts and performs the transport service.
The prices displayed on the platform are based on commercial conditions previously communicated, agreed, or accepted by the NCC partner operators participating in the platform.
NCC partner operators remain free to join the platform, accept or reject available booking requests, and decide whether to provide the transport service under the applicable commercial conditions.
By booking, the customer agrees to the following split payment structure:
Booking Fee
A fixed amount is paid online to ItalyTransferHub at the time of booking.
This amount covers the booking, intermediation, and platform service.
ItalyTransferHub will issue a receipt or invoice for this amount only.
Service Balance
The remaining balance must be paid directly to the NCC operator who accepts and performs the transport service in Italy.
The NCC operator who accepts and performs the transport service must be able to accept card payments for the Service Balance, including POS/card terminal payments, unless otherwise clearly agreed before the service.
The NCC operator is solely responsible for issuing any receipt, tax document, or invoice relating to the Service Balance.
ItalyTransferHub does not collect or process the full transport fare.
The exact Booking Fee and Service Balance are displayed clearly before payment and in the booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund of the Booking Fee if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the Booking Fee is non-refundable.
Customer No-Show
If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location, the Booking Fee is non-refundable.
For airport pickups, the customer will be considered a no-show if they do not appear within 60 minutes after the actual flight landing time, unless a different waiting time has been expressly agreed in writing.
For non-airport pickups, the customer will be considered a no-show if they do not appear within 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, unless a different waiting time has been expressly agreed in writing.
Incorrect or Incomplete Information
The Booking Fee is non-refundable if the service cannot be completed due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect pickup address, destination, date, time, flight number, passenger details, luggage details, or contact information.
NCC Operator No-Show
In the rare event that the NCC operator who accepted the booking fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and no transport service is provided, ItalyTransferHub will refund the Booking Fee paid online.
Before processing the refund, ItalyTransferHub may, where reasonably possible and without assuming responsibility for the transport service, assist the customer in contacting the NCC operator or in transmitting the booking request to another available partner operator.
The refund of the Booking Fee represents the sole remedy offered by ItalyTransferHub to the customer in relation to the booking and intermediation service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ItalyTransferHub shall not be liable for any further costs, losses, damages, alternative transport expenses, missed flights, hotel costs, train tickets, appointments, event tickets, rebooking fees, or any other consequences arising from the failure of the NCC operator to perform the transport service.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used on the website.
5. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply in cases including but not limited to:
- undeclared excess luggage;
- additional passengers;
- additional stops or route changes;
- extended waiting time;
- undeclared animals;
- extraordinary cleaning;
- damage caused by passengers;
- any service variation requested after booking.
Additional charges are not included in the Booking Fee and must be agreed upon and paid directly to the NCC operator who accepts and performs the transport service.
Additional charges must be reasonable, justified, and related to a real variation of the booked service.
ItalyTransferHub is not responsible for financial disputes between passengers and NCC operators regarding additional charges.
6. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must provide accurate booking information, including passenger details, luggage, animals, pickup location, destination, flight number, pickup date, pickup time, and contact details.
Passengers are responsible for:
- carrying valid identification and travel documents;
- safeguarding their personal belongings;
- complying with seatbelt laws and applicable Italian regulations;
- ensuring that the selected pickup time allows sufficient travel time;
- being reachable through the contact details provided during booking.
ItalyTransferHub is not liable for missed flights, train departures, hotel penalties, airline penalties, ticket refunds, rebooking fees, or any other travel-related losses.
Passengers are solely responsible for forgotten documents, misplaced belongings, or errors that require returning to a previous location.
Any resulting delays or additional transport costs are not the responsibility of ItalyTransferHub.
7. Passenger Conduct and Prohibited Items
Passengers must not transport illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, or prohibited items.
Passengers must behave respectfully toward the NCC operator, driver, and vehicle.
The NCC operator who accepts and performs the transport service may refuse or terminate the service in cases of unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate passenger conduct.
Passengers may be held responsible for vehicle damage, extraordinary cleaning, towing costs, repair costs, emergency service costs, or third-party damages caused by their conduct or belongings.
8. Service Disruptions
Transport services may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- traffic congestion;
- road closures;
- accidents;
- weather conditions;
- mechanical breakdown;
- driver illness or unavailability;
- police checks;
- government restrictions;
- public events;
- force majeure events.
Travel times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ItalyTransferHub may, where reasonably possible and without assuming responsibility for the transport service, assist the customer in communicating with the NCC operator or in transmitting the booking request to another available partner operator.
However, ItalyTransferHub does not operate vehicles and cannot guarantee travel times, vehicle replacement, driver availability, alternative transport, or the successful performance of the transport service.
In the event of vehicle breakdown, delay, accident, driver illness, or service interruption, the management and execution of any transport-related solution remains the responsibility of the NCC operator performing the service.
If passengers independently arrange alternative transportation, including taxi, train, bus, or other services, any related costs shall not be reimbursed by ItalyTransferHub unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. Liability and Insurance
Each NCC operator is solely responsible for maintaining valid licences, authorisations, and insurance coverage as required by Italian law, including passenger and third-party liability insurance where applicable.
ItalyTransferHub does not provide transport insurance coverage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItalyTransferHub shall not be liable for the execution of the transport service, including accidents, injuries, delays, driver conduct, vehicle condition, punctuality, vehicle suitability, no-shows, service interruptions, or loss/damage to luggage, as these matters fall under the responsibility of the NCC operator who accepts and performs the transport service.
All transport-related claims must be addressed directly to the NCC operator who accepts and performs the transport service.
10. Limitation of Liability
ItalyTransferHub acts solely as a booking and intermediation platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItalyTransferHub’s maximum liability shall not exceed the Booking Fee paid online by the customer.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ItalyTransferHub from claims, liabilities, damages, legal actions, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses arising from their negligence, misconduct, incorrect information, breach of these Terms, personal belongings, documentation issues, violation of applicable laws, or disputes with third parties or transport providers.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute relating to the booking and intermediation service provided by ItalyTransferHub shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence or under applicable European or Italian consumer protection rules.
13. Language
These Terms are drafted in English.
The Italian version is provided for convenience and accessibility.
In case of inconsistency between the English and Italian versions, the English version shall prevail, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
